How the app works

One task. One week. Your pace.

A clear explanation of the weekly rhythm behind Another Stupid Monday.

The weekly rhythm

  1. A task arrives on Monday.
You receive one small, concrete thing to approach during the week.
  2. You check in at your own pace.
There is no daily target and no streak to protect.
  3. You continue when it is complete.
If it is unfinished, it stays with you. There is no penalty and no catch-up debt.

A journey of 100 tasks

Another Stupid Monday contains 100 tasks arranged as a slow journey. You only see and work with the current task; the goal is not to rush through the sequence.

What kinds of tasks?

The tasks can involve a manageable act of self-care, reflection, attention, connection, noticing something good, or gently approaching something you have been avoiding. The specific task is presented inside the app.

One small thing. Every Monday.

Your first Monday is free. Future Mondays can be unlocked with a one-time Lifetime purchase.
