About the app

One small task. A little less pressure.

Another Stupid Monday is a weekly companion for self-care and self-reflection. It gives you one small thing to do each week, starting on Monday.

Created by Halim Jarrar

Another Stupid Monday was created by Halim Jarrar, psychotherapist. The tasks, their order, and the small dialogues around them are made to offer a quieter way of approaching everyday habits, reflection, and small helpful actions.

The app is deliberately slow. There are no streaks to protect and no punishment for falling behind. If a task is unfinished, it stays there. You can return to it when you are ready.

What the app is for

It is for people who want a gentle prompt to do one manageable thing: perhaps noticing something good, reaching out to someone, making room for a small act of care, or taking one step toward something they have been avoiding.

It is not a programme for becoming a different person. It is simply a place to meet the week with one small next step.

Start with the week in front of you

Your first Monday is free. After that, future Mondays can be unlocked with a one-time Lifetime purchase in the app.

Monday is coming anyway.

You only need one small thing.
